Observing Still Forwards Art

So many times I reflect on the day, like today, and lament that I haven't activily worked on any of my many art projects. But then I remind myself that just observing is equally valid in furthering my artist endeavors. Every time I notice something, like tonight's beautiful sunset, I've stored away another image for use in a project. So why get down on yourself? Choose a new way of looking at the usefulness of your day to further your art.
